Translation of + in dialling

    Hi All,
    If the dialling format has +(eg. +919812345678) in it, how it is translated in the network. Whether the translation is made by mobile phone or network.

    Dear, Ram,
    If you dial ‘+’ followed by dialled number then your MS send called party number on Setup in international format, otherwise – in unknown format.
