Very very strange

Hi everybody,

I’ve got many cells in MBC configuration, Alcatel vendor, in different BSC) which acts very strange.
In one cell i’ve got the stats below at busy hour:

52 TCH available, 40 busy TCHs and 13% of TCH congestion.
Of course it’s not a normal behaviour. I look for reasons of congestion with counter MC612A , MC612B, MC612C and MC612D. Only MC612A got incremented which means that NO AVAILABLE TCH AND QUEEING IS NOT ALLOWED(in documentation).

U see the problem???

I really really need ur help to resolve this issues.

Any suggestion???
