Parameters for a LAC

Hi
I have a problem. I have to make a work about the size of LAC (Location Area Code)for GSM.
– I know the paging max capacity for the BSC
– I have the default blocks number of PCH
The question is how to found the paging numbers by hour at the BTS level. I ask that cause in my calculs I found for the BTS a very highest value, very higher than the value for the BSC. teh problem is that I have to use this value to know the cells numbers for my LAC.
I want also to know if you can send me the paremeters used by managers like SIEMENS, ALCATEL or others.
please help me cause I don’t know what to do and I have to finish this to continue my Engeenering ending cycle document.
