Hi guys
If these are 2 LACs in one BSC, which kind of handover happens beween two cells (LAC 1 & LAC 2). Both of cell are inlcuded to the same BSC.

it is a intercell internal HO.
only when the call is released, the MS will perform a LU.

hi,
If i have two different bsc and they belongs to different msc then what will happen abt lu and if they belongs to same msc then what?

the location update is going up to the HLR. So the target MSC (new MSC after cell reselection) will simply inform the HLR about the change of LAC.
The HLR is global, there is one HLR database (virtually, not talking about servers or duplicates) for the whole network.
Cheers,

we have problem with deleting subcribers from VLR ZTE manually by command delete user data and that is due to when sub moves from one MSC huawei to MSC zte so when i query sub data from HLR we found out that sub still holding the MSC huawei while sub moves to new LAC for MSC ZTE
