i got alarm when configure ET-MFX in nodeB. it said “java.lang.exception” what does it mean??

java.lang.Exception: generally comes when NO_IUBLINK_FOUND or IUB_consistency check fails.
If there’re RBSs hang in Synchronizing status if will fail IUB consistency report.

Select the RNC, check MIB status in WRAN explorer.
read mirrorMibStatus column then
revert.
