    What are the nominal values (range) for various radio parameters and what are their measurement units?

    RXLEV_FULL, RXLEV_SUB
    RXQUAL_FULL, RXQUAL_SUB
    C1, C2, C31, C32
    C/I best, C/I worst, C/I absolute
    SQI, FER full, FER sub
