Supposing that “Enhanced Concentric Cells” is enabled for a Huawei BTS. We have two level thresholds to decide when to handover a call between UL and OL. These are.

1) UtoO Rxlevel Threshold
2) OtoU RxLevel Threshold

I want to know that Is the threshold compared with the Rxlevel on BCCH carrier ?

If this is the case, then which parameter sets the Band Offset between UL and OL. [UO Signal Intensity parameter becomes invalid when Enhanced Concentric Cells is used]

Well, I think that in case of Enhanced Concentric Cells, the own BCCH is automatically added to the BA list and hence the MS gets the required BCCH Rxlevel.
