inter bsc HO faillure due to BSS problem

    Hi all,

    I have some HO faillure due to BSS problem for inter bsc HO (inter MSC),i have new BSC and i balance some sites on it, so inter BSC ho relations degraded and the cause is faillure BSS problem.

    Can somebody have solution to solve this?
