    Dear All
Is it possible do calculate or indicate downlink interference by network statistic. If yes, how is it possible? If not, why is not possible? Specially I need to know in Huawei statistic, can we see downlink interference ???

    Thanks

It’s the best visible in RMS – all samples with good RxLev and bad RxQual…

The best “indicator” is the intracell HO due to high DL/UL interference…

RMS are quite specific to Alcatel-Lucent, I don’t think Huawei has a similar feature.
But they have interference HO, so monitoring the amount of Intf HO is a good idea.

    Hi, Pix.

I mean RxQual to RxLev distribution.
I think this is part of RMS wich is vendor independent…
    Isn’t it?

Well, i don’t know, but RMS, few years ago, was only available in Alcatel (as far as i know !!).
If other vendors decided to implement such mechanism, then they certainly can offer matrices rxlev vs. rxqual. I doubt they call it RMS though.
If they don’t, then the only way is to perform abis traces, or drivetests with post processing.
