Handover to UTRAN failure

    Hi experts,

    GSM to WCDMA handover failure reason:
    Layer-3 message shows “Protocol error unspecified(value-111)–{RR message from tems}.

    what would be the probable cause of the failure.

    By the by, gsm network is of Nortel & 3G network is of Ericsson.

    Pls suggest.
