    I need to understand how to cost effectively design, build and run a call center, in-house and remote/virtual.

    Current call volume is 15K – 20K calls per month and will double in the coming year. Growth could be much larger.

    I understand the basics but need to understand it much better. Are there reccomended courses or seminars?
