    Hello MSA,

I’m talking generally here, I’m not 100% sure about Siemens :
a trx is statically associated to 2 timeslot on 1 E1, it has been done at BTS creation…
and you should find all info about this in your abis configuration, in your BSC supervision software.

Hello, msa! As I know, there is dinamic A-bis allocation since BR7.0. A-bis reourses will be shared between different timeslots, carriers and between different cells of the same base station site.

    hi
For Siemens BS240XL it has only 12 trxs, but each E1 can take up to 15 trxs but for convince and to prevent LAPDM alarm 12 trxs can be used for one E1.

I hope this answer your questions
