inter msc handover failure.

    Hi,

    we are getting inter msc(nokia) handover failure.external lac has been defined two mss and handover no. also routed.in one mss getting result”msc-bsc IF protocol error” ,

    and in another mss getting result “equipment failure”.

    please help..

    Check the external LAC definition in BSC side.And also check the cause code 1032 in EOS analysis which is having MAS. Probably tree-50 defined. Route the HON in tree-50.
