[Drop HO]

Can anyone help me explaint about the main cause of HO drop? and important ..How we can reduce this type of drop ? I’m working with alcatel BSS and need more i deas from someone

HO Drop is usually a side effect of another drop (bss drop, or radio drop). Fix the other cause, and you’ll fix the HO drop as well.

If everything is good BUT the HO drop, then you have to analyse the adjacencies indicators (click on “adjacencies”, indicators > Matrix > Request / Attempt / Success numbers)

For each neighbor, and each direction, what are the indicators values ?

Which one is the worst neighbor ? A drop should be seen as attempts without successes.
