    to calculate the workload in erlang , I use this formula:

    Workload= (BHCA* M.H.T)/3600

    My question is : Does The Mean Holding Time (MHT) include the Riging and the Delay time??

    Hello NiceGuy,

    I believe MHT for BHCA refers to the average time it takes for a call to be connected.

    MHT for Connected Calls is the average time duration from call connect (ringing, etc) to disconnect after conversation.
