Hi,
is it possible that two operators decide to install one BSC and one MSC in common for them.
50% of BTS are of first operator while the remaining 50% are of second operator.
This is hypothetical question.

The best solution to do that is “virtual operator” (i forgot the acronym).
I don’t know any physical way to implement your suggestion.

There is Pre-Release-6 shared network feature one about you said. Since release-6 there is RAN sharing used only. It is described in 23-851 spec/
