Searching for opinions on the correct method to use on forecasting erlangs per sector in a TDMA system – i.e. standard deviation, weighted distribution, or linear . . . also wondering whether the 2% G.O.S @ 80% utilization is theoretically correct for calculating required devices from the Erlang B.
Thoughts?
