    For The SD Drop Reasons in Nokia system you can check Report No 166 and 204. You will find out the sd drop reasons.

    What I think your cell is required more SDs.

    Could you tell me your sd configuration against Cell Trx Configuration.

    My SDCCH Configuration is one SDCCH block per TRX, still having high SDC drop!!!

    You can change RET n SLO for SD drop to Solve

    One of my BSC having SD Drop more than 2Month…..
    There is no such type of crical alarm.
    & also I have checked all Freq, bsic,maio,hsn..ets..

    No outage in BSC.No Ater prob..
    No such type of hard ware issues..

    Can any one Suggest me How I can improve in bsc..

    I am working in Nokia System

    Dear Swadhin ,

    1.you need to check the 236 report for Overshooting.

    2.need to check the timer for sdcch. if its less increase it.

    3.with 196 report check the quality of the particular trx on which sdcch is present .if quality seems to be bad then change the sdcch to another trx.

    Dear Iqbal Ahmed,

    There is no such type of Overshooting Issues.

    Sd Drop has been degraded not cosistently..

    Is there any BSC Parameter need to change..

    already changed RXTA, ITCF etc…

    Every alteranate 5 days it has been occurred….

    Supposed 5 days it is going to smooth & after it has been degraded very badly…

    Pls suggest me if any BSC level parameter change or BTS level para need to change..

    BTS .. AHOP,SENA, RXDIV..all the para has been changed…Timer also changed..T200, T3101

    OPls suggest me the timer regarding SD drop
