Hi,
What is the negative impact of adding too many neighbors for a cell ?Does it delay HO decision?
Then how? or what is it other effects?
As we know,no of neighbors should be kept as minimum as can.

most important reason for reducing no of neighbours is MS could have enough time to decode bsics of neighbours and sync with them for handover. if the number of neighbours were very high, the ms doesn’t have enough time to have enough samples from all of them and can’t decoce their bsics.
