Handover between two LAC

    Who can explain me please about Mobile wich pass on the area between two unlike local area code

    if MS is in dedicated mode, there will be a HO (normal HO, nothing different)
    at TCH release (end of the call), then the MS will trigger a location update procedure.

    if MS is in idle mode, after cell reselection to a cell in a different LAC, it will immediately trigger a location update procedure.
