What do you think about average no of neighbour relations per cell in dual band network when in Urban area with 500m seperation of sites?
Is 11 neighbour relations per cell is a higher value?
What type of problems will arise when the no of suitable NRs increases?
When there is not enough neighbour relations in a cell, what will happen? Which KPI will become worce in this situation?
