Has anyone encountered a problems where the SQI reading of TEMS degrades to a value lower than 0 or no SQI readings even when the other RF indicators are ok? We are using Huawei equipment.

My customers are claiming that a bad SQI reading dispite having good RF indicators will generate bad voice quality.

Is there any troubleshooting steps or guide to this sort of issue?
