Guesthi guys
i face strange case one cell cannot carry traffic it carry handover traffic when making rlcrp
the cell bcch=0 and it must be 1
bcc=1 in normal case no hardware alarm appeared in the dtru the cell configuration 2/24th September 2008 at 12:57 #53782pix
Guesti don’t understand “rlcrp” and “bcch=0”.
if it means that MS can’t setup a call in this cell but can only access it with handover, then either the cell is barred or the BCCH trx is suffering bad interference or hardware failures.
Perhaps there are some other reasons, but what you could try to do already is to lock the first TRX and see the results.

GuestHi MSA..
Check after deleting & recreating cell_ID from MSC End..
There must be some configration problem at MSC end thats why it in only carrying handover traffic.
So deleting & redefining Cell ID may resolve the Issue.8th October 2008 at 18:30 #53788euge
Guestfrom wat u’ve said this’s ericsson network. Go in OSS, run mgcep on mss, run rldep on bsc. Get the cgi n both cases & compare. They s’d be same.
