    Dear,
    I have some problems in Radio link failure rate as you now the Timer T3109 it’s responsible for it and all recommend increase value to reduce Radio link failure massage
    I set the value = HLFSEC-26 in (Siemens vender) but still the problems in cell
    Note : and the cell no have any interference Band

    It depends on the cause that generated the radio link failure…
    Try to give me that information:

    It can be due to different causes:
    radio link timeout;
    t200 expired;
    mstpci expired;
    …

    radio link timeout and 2nd case
    Inter cell HO
    and Mix. TCHDR due to radio link timeout
