Hi all,
During drive test i observed that every time before the handover failure T200 expired message is received.
What is T200?
why this timer expires?
what is the time after which T200 expiry is declared?
What can be done to prevent the HO attempts to the target cell if we know that T200 is surely going to be expired? or if not former then what can be done to stop the expiry of T200 so that HO should be success always.

t200 is lapd timer.
Hi MKT! T200 is supervising timer for data link connection on Radiointerface.
It is expires because it is really expires:) (e.g. no ack on data link frame (with or without layer 3 messages) were received from MS after t200 has expired N200 times).

may i know what would be value of T200 in LAPD , how it iscorelate with lapdm T200. Imean layer 2 to layer 3.
houw to cal T200.T200( N200+1) if this is the cal then T3101 expire will be more if we increase T200 to 780ms( supposed ). T3101 is 3sec.
