is there any one who knows how HSDPA throughput is taken calculated on RLC level in Nokia Network level.
actually there is one counter giving the rlc throughput on cell level but it’s not clair how to aggregate to RNC, Cluster or Area level. it’s easy to get data volume on those levels but which time to take to get throughput is not defined.
