In order to increase the CCR you need to increase the successful calls. Or decries the unsuccessful calls. For formulation consider tecnically successfull call.
My network never gives more than 46-50%, atleast I want to to increase the CCR of the traffic purely catered by my own network, because in most of the cases I have to talk to other network operator’s network wherein many elements come in picture and the behaviour of far end exchange is not i my control..so help me knowing the factors which can increase the CCR of my internal network
