hi guys, first of all kudos for the wonderfull jobs u guys are doing.
friends i am working with a mobile service provider and in our netwrok we are facing a network wide problem of call mute(one way speech), cross talk, error in connection .friends what can be the possible reaons for this problem. pls suggest us how should we trubleshoot it.

is there no body who has experienced call mute and cross in gsm ?
