I am trying to find a Neal-Wilkinson calculator. Does anyone know where I might find one. Erlang B does not take into account peakedness within an hour and day-to-day variation. Neal-Wilkinson takes these into account.

I found your message because I was thinking of building such a calculator… what would you need in it… where do you work that you need it,

I work for a wireless company in the U.S. We have traditionally used Erlang B. However, I have found that we are not accounting for peakedness in traffic. I need for this to be a function that is driven algorithmically not by tables. I have found that tables do not always go high enough (e.g. 10,000 required trunks). It would require the user to input erlangs or CCS, day-to-day variation, peakedness. The output would be the number of trunks. I would like for this to be a function in either MS Excel or MS Access.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a copy of the Neal-Wilkinson trunk capacity tables?
    Thank you.
