Hi all,
How do we analyze log files by using TEMS INVESTIGATION.
Do we simple watch the play again. Or just the HTML report generated by TEMS is sufficeint enough for making decisions?

I mean is there any way just by using TEMS or MAPINFO or other we can generate a report like missing neighbors or handover failure with the reason associated etc.

you can go both ways : the replay will let you troubleshoot specific issues (missing neighbours, find interfered area, find where is the ho occuring, etc, for each cell)
it i very time consuming, but very efficient if you know what you’re doing.

the analysis with mapinfo gives you an overview of your network (you can perform statistics in mapinfo, such as amount of samples with bad quality, nb of samples interfered, ho failed, etc)
it’s faster, and can give you ideas for global strategies and directions the optimizers should follow in order to achieve better KPI’s.
