In ZTE, we have Minimal Signal Strenght of MS Uplink RACH Access (RachMin, -dm)and RACH Load Indication Threshold, there values are 125 and 60 respectively.

But here i am getting 2 % in sd blocking imrovement after lapd from 32 to 64 which is due to lac update.

2% improvement is not a conclusive improvement.
since SDCCH Holding Time during LOC update is high,increasing LAPd from 16K to 32K will not help much.

If your problem was due to LOC update,changing the LAC of that cell as that of its neighboring cells should have helped.Carrier addition & SDCCH addition is the last resort then.
U can also increase the T3212 timer to 4-6 hours(if not already done).but this might lead to poor PSR21st October 2009 at 06:35 #52111Seles83Guest
