Hello Pix, i am working in the BSS side since 2+ yrs and my esperience is of Alcatel and some Motorola, and am really want to upgrade myself and want to move towards radio side and really aspire you guys, can you tell me more about yourself and can you guide me how to become an RF /cell planning Engineer using my BSS skills, on what areas i should concentrate on, your help would be a life saver for me :o) you can reply me at shahnawazakhan@yahoo.com

you’re putting a lot of pressure on myself :))

with your BSS skills, you could start in dimensioning team, working with traffic and equipments planning.

then you can move to planning (frequency, coverage, radio propagation, and so on), including drive tests.

then finally, you have to learn about qos, indicators and parameters to become a radio engineer… 🙂
