how to calculate Erlang

I am using a software to test the voice over ip lines in my university and I stuck in how to get the Erlang for the 5 buildings that i choose to be in my test because they have different number of lines.

in the software i can only choose the number of calls from each source to each destination and I should make the Duration and Time between calls constant for all calls ..

Please if anybody has any idea reply ..
