High UL TBF establishment failure

    Any experts can advise why UL_TBF_EST_BSS_PB_number (Alcatel)are going up like 50 or more per hour?

    hello ayan,

    probably a software “bug” cell. have you tried restarting the GPRS service on this cell, or restarting the GPRS on the MFS or GPU ?

    you can also check the uplink power contrl for gprs (gamma and alpha) : try disabling it.

    Dear Ayan,

    Which Release B8 or B9? we had similar problem in B8, and we used to refresh pdch or refresh gprs service on those cells (like pix mentioned). Currently, when we upgraded to B9 we are not facing this problem.

    On the other hand, make sure that radio conditions are clear!
