    Hello Chaps,

    We are trying to implement PDCHPREEMPT to overcome GPRS congestion, Has anyone used it before and Current setting is 0, Does this parameter relates to anyother setting too like ODPDCHLIMIT or it can be changed independently. What are the best values ??
