I’m quite confused with the subject of Grade of Service. I currently use the busy hour CCS to analyze my T-1’s and would like to analyze with a grade of service. I’m not sure what type of Erlang to use and what Grade of Service to set because we don’t block calls. We queue them. On very rare occasions the T-1’s become busy, but it rarely happens. Can someone help me understand the differences in Erlangs and Grade of Service.

    Thanks

    MOT,

Grade of services means the probability to losse call, the you should use erlang B, because Erlang C you do not have lost call, you have queed calls
