BHCA calculation
BHCA stands for BUSY HOUR CALL ATTEMPTS and this can be obtained from Busy Hour traffic Report.
How can we know the exact number of call attempts? Number of Random Access attempts for call can’t be termed as call attempts as there may be multiple RA attempts for a single call. Number of TCH attempts can’t be used either as it wont take into effect the SDCCH signaling phase.
