Do anybody have idea regarding FER and BER.In our network, we are having problem with FER and BER. Sometimes these values gets very high and there occur Call Drop. This is very urgent. Please suggest us what shall we do in this case.
FER and BER is due to poor radio quality (interference problem or coverage problem) or a faulty hardware (faulty TRX/TRE)
There is interference problem in your network. check:
Internal Interference (from other cells in your network)
External Interference (from other companies) for example military organizations.
