(alcatel’s equipment) 29th January 2008 at 12:36 #50694 PixGuest If you decrease the threshold (let’s say from 4 to 2), then you will increase the number of handovers, and therefore the risk of call drops (handovers are risky) if you increase from 4 to 6, you allow a call to be on a cell even though the RXQUAL is bad.
