concerning capacity issues, what is the best way to define CS+PS traffic? as far as i know currently we can obtain only tch statistics. but it is not the same for data. some years ago, it was possible to consider only voice accesses, since GPRS/EGPRS traffic was not so high.
TBF/RTSL, TBF blocking … are these ok? should i consider them? how to define an equation in terms of occupation/utilisation/traffic
