hi,
i installed nortel meridian pbx and programme dtraffic generation for every hour . now i want to calculate the percentage of all trunk busy in that hour
i am getting following field
– no of incoming calls /hour
– incoming usage in ccs
– number of times all trunk r busy ( not duration ,only count)
from this i want to calculate the percentage of all trunk busy in that hour
so pls suggest me the calculator model.
