    does the Microwave transmission Satellite make interfernce to the BTS if the Antenna and the Microwave satellite are close to each other in the tower.

    i think the satellite is quite far away from the tower 🙂
    as far as i know there absolutely no risk of interference between those two systems.

    please can you check the frequency of the microwave transmission you are using mostly the terrestrial microwave transmission frequency are between 2GHZ-15GHZ, so there will be no effect for both 1800 and 900 too. For satellite transmission the frequency is less around not quite sure(50-300MHZ) so it is still far from the 900.
