hi all!, whats the purpose of this parameter and what should be considered if i am to enable/disable it?.. thank u all
by default : ENABLE
if the serving cell is synchronized with the target cell, then the HO will be “SYNCHRONOUS”, meaning that the HO is performed faster from a radio point of view.
cells are synchronized if they share the same time (same clock for instance). Therefore the cells that belong to the same BTS are all synchronized.
