reddi , seriously i don’t think you will have any institute . which gives such training.. you will find plenty of stuff on the Net itself . As you join any Telecom organization the training on the topic will be System & Vendor specific .
By the way i assume you are from india,, if not then i may be wrong cause in US , you do have institute imparting such specialization training.. but the price Tag is huge….

    Hi reddi kishor ,

    CDMA-Check with MAKTELECOM

GSM- There is one in India…

    And u can check with USHA-IT Institute…

    Search in YAHOO.CO.IN

    U will get it…

But Better to work for some time and then get trained..

    Jani:

Ericson’s papers recomend GOS 1% for both Ater interface and A interface.
One important thing is transcoder is a pool share by all BSC’s to improve network resources but during peak hour it could mean congestion because traffic sum up.

    Hi Mostafa:

ITU recomends 200 mErl for each signalling link in normal conditions.
Under extreme conditions (abnormal events like Christmas, etc.) which cause congestion your switch should support 400 mErl for each signalling link.

Check your equipment’s specification because some provider like Ericsson accept 300 mErl for each signalling link
