    Hi
    I have this error message:
    ”NOT ACCEPTED
    FAULT CODE 10
    THERE IS AN IMSI PREFIX OF THE IMSI GIVEN ”
    when i put this command: HGICI:MSISDN=msisdn,NIMSI=nimsi;

    My network running on Ericsson.

    Please someone can help me.

    what do you want to implement precisely?

    For imsi implementation use:

    MGISI:IMSIS=imsi,M=5-mgt,NA=na,ANRES=OBA-oba&BO-bo&MAPVER-mapver&CBA-cba&CBAZ-cbaz;

    For imsi change use:
    MGISC:IMSIS=imsi,ANRES=….;

    I want precisely make IMSI change Over in HLR for sim cards not for
    Mobile Telephony, IMSI Number Series Analysis Specification, Initiate.

    When you are putting this command and you are getting fault then the new imsi you are giving is already used some where. first of all check that new imsi is loaded in auc or not. if it is loaded then it will be a free imsi means no msisdn has attached with this imsi. you can also delete the reference data of old imsi from HGIRI command. Just go with alex for below commands – HGIRI, HGICI, HGICE, HGICP, HGICC. Hope I satisfy your query
