TRU loadfail

    One TRU showing like bellow:
    STATE BLSTATE LASTFLT
    NOOP BLO LOADFAIL
    I did block/out of service/in Service/deblock.
    Are there any other commands to in service it!
    No fault code found from BSC end
    Also FME didn’t found any problem.
    Please help me.

    Dear Nur

    I faced the same problem.

    1st check if there are any alarms raised on the TRU using RXELP or RXMFP command.

    The output fault map can give you A good hint about any re occurring problem.

    If block/deblock doesn’t help, try to reset the CF by means of command.

    it worked with my that way.
