i need to know what is the dead line value for signaling link fot utilization link (some venders called it line traffic ))30% 0r 60% … etc ???
for the normal traffic as a KPI we cinsider it 70%

= traffic (in ,out)/ No. of circuits %100

As far as I know it starts at 70%. At this point your peformance starts degrading,so you have to keep your signalling link utilization below that point, this can be done by increasing the signalling links.
