    rxlev FULL is the rxlev measured on all 4×26 timeslots of your TCH in the 4×26 multiframe (= 480ms)

    rxlev SUB is the rxlev measured on the unique SACCH block of each of the four 26 multiframe (=480ms). So 4 blocks measured per 480 ms.

    yes, when using the DTX some measurements might not be valid (because rx timeslots are empty).

    The SACCH blocks are always transmitted, therefore it is a good way to ensure valid measurements of RXLEV & RXQUAL even when DTX is activated.
