block and config channels periodically

Hi everyone,
I have a problem in cells(3 cell).
the whole channels are blocking and config periodically and finally will blocked.
The IDB is loaded and every thing is going fine for some hours but the above problem will occur.
what is the problem?
and how can it solved?
