Nokia BTS Growth

    Please, I need a “cook book” in order toaccomplish a Nokia BTS TRX growth from 4+2+2 to 5+2+4 in the 850 MHz Band, I´ll be working in the BTS side. If anyone of you has a quick list to follow, that would be great!!!

    I think, it is impossible to do with 1 cabinet ultrasite.

    You must install a second cabinet.

    => (6 + 6) + 6 = 2 cabinets ultrasite.

    2 sectors in first cabinet and 1 sector in second cabinet

    This option is possible (5+2+4), but you won’t be able to define 1 2-way combiner on the HW Configurator same with 2 TRX will have missing RX & DivRX cabling, but this is fine and this will not generate BTS alarms. You will need also long SMA cables. If you have spare antenna on the Alpha sector, it will also fit on one cabinet. This will be out of standard setup but it will definitely work.
